Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza was born from a simple but powerful idea: that pizza made the old-fashioned way — in a coal-burning oven at searing temperatures — is simply better. Founder Anthony Romano grew up watching his grandmother hand-stretch dough in her Brooklyn kitchen, layering San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella with the kind of care that mass production can never replicate.
After years of perfecting his craft, Anthony brought that tradition south to Brandon, FL — where he opened a neighborhood spot committed to the same values: fresh ingredients, honest cooking, and community. Today, every pie that comes out of our coal oven carries that original spirit. Nothing frozen, nothing rushed, nothing but real food made with love.

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza opens its doors at 1912 W Brandon Blvd with a single coal oven, five menu items, and a line of curious neighbors stretching to the parking lot.

Expansion & Renovation
